Eating Bakery or Factory Bread....WAIT....... Its full of chemicals and preservatives. You can easily make ur bread and can eat it without any guilt.... Here is the recipe below..
Ingredients..
Maida - 2.5 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1tsp
Instant Dry Yeast - 1tsp
Warm Water - 1 cup
Oil/Butter - 2tbsp (you can use any refined oil)
Process...
Mix Maida, Sugar, Salt, Instant dry yeast all together.
Give it a blender mix or mix it very nicely.
Now add warm water and knead the dough for 8-10 min. (its really a job when u do it from hand).
Now add oil and again knead it for 4-5 min.
Bring all the dough together form a ball and put it in big greased bowl.
Brush oil over it and cover it with cling film.
Let it sit for 1hr to 1hr 15min or till dough is rised to doubled. (depends on weather)
Now spread flour on work surface and knead it again for a min or two.
Now roll it long and then fold it tightly into a log shape.
Put this in greased baking loaf tin (or u can use any shape tin available ).
Let it sit again for 30-45 min for 2nd rise.
Now bake it at 170 degree for 30-35 min till u get top golden brown.
Take out from oven and brush it with butter nicely.
Let it cool for an hour then cover it in cloth and let it cool properly for 2 hrs.
Slice it and enjoy...
