EGG LESS CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
First time I tried the pound cake and since I do egg less baking i tried egg less version of it with cream cheese and i am overwhelmed with the result. Its so buttery creamy and so soft and moist and tastes ultimate.
Recipe Below..
Ingredient---
Wheat flour - 1.5 cup (180 gm)
Warm milk - 125 ml
Cream cheese - 120 gm
Butter / Oil - 150 gm (melted)
Condensed milk - 220 gm ( I used home maid sweet ones)
Sugar - 60 gm ( or u adjust with ur taste I prefer less sweet )
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp (Optional)
Before starting working with mix preheat oven at 170 degree C. Grease your baking tin with butter and then sprinkle flour and keep it ready.
1. First sift the flour baking powder and baking soda together.
2. Take warm milk in a big bowl add butter / oil to it.
3. Whisk it really well till it become homogeneous.
4. Add condensed milk and whisk again.
5. Add sugar and whisk till its melted completely.'
6. Now add cream cheese and vanilla essence and whisk again.
7. You need to whisk it really well no lumps should be there.
8. Now add flour mix and mix it through cut and fold method.
9. Mix it properly no lumps should be there.
10. Now pour this in baking tin make sure u fill it half only.
11. Bake in preheated oven for around 40-45 min.
I got a damn good flat surface and evenly puffed ( the bundet pan ones ) and baked cake. Hope all of get that....
