Rajgira Laddoo / Ramdana Laddoo

Rajgira Laddoo

Rajgira / Ramdana -  1 cup
Jaggery crushed - 3/4 cup
Nuts - 2 tbsp Optional


Dry roast Rajgira properly by putting 1 tsp Rajgira at a time.
Note that you should use a heavy bottom pan for roasting it.
Rajgira will be puffed up when u roast it.
You need to be very patient while roasting it.
Don't put more at a time while roasting it will end up turning burnt and not roasting properly.
Once all Rajgira is roasted keep it aside.
Now make syrup of jaggery till a wire consistency.
Add roasted / puffed Rajgira to this syrup and mix it.
Make laddoos immediately.
Keep ur palm wet while making.

And Yummy Rajgira Laddoos are ready.
