Lemon cheesecake No Egg No Gelatine

Ingredients..
Marigold biscuits - 75 gm
Hung curd / Cream cheese - 75 gm
Butter - 25 gm
Condensed Milk sweetened (Homemade I used) -  75 gm
Lemon Zest of 1 Lemon
Lemon Juice of 1 medium size Lemon

Recipe...
Crush the Biscuits to Make Even Powder.
Now Melt the Butter.
Now add the melted butter to the Biscuit Powder.
Mix it well.
Take a 7" Pie pan. put the mixture in it and press it evenly.
Put it in the freeze.
Now take cream cheese in a big bowl beat it with an electric beater. Beat till it becomes smooth.
Add condensed milk ( I used Homemade) and again beat it nicely.
Then add Lemon zest and Lemon juice. Mix it well.
Now spread this mixture over the set biscuit and again refrigerate it for 3-4 hrs.
