Whipped cream......from fresh cream

Ingredients...

Fresh Cream.......Any brand - 200 ml
Icing sugar / homemade powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence -  1 tsp

First chill the bowl and beater u have to work with.
Cream also should be chilled but not frozen.
Now pour the cream in the chilled bowl and beat it in medium speed for a minute.
Now add icing sugar and vanilla essence to it and beat it for 4-5 min.
You will find soft and nice peaks. If not beat it again for a min or two.
It would surely work.
