Banana Laddoo

Ripe Banana - 6-8 ( you can take any big or small banana)
Sugar - 4-5 tbsp.
Cardamom powder - 1tsp
Chopped dry fruits - as much crunch u want (Optional)
Roasted white sesame seeds
Ghee - 3 tbsp.

Peel the banana and mash it. Mash it to a fine paste. It should be like a runny smooth batter.
Now heat the kadai. Put 2 tbsp ghee in kadai and heat the add mashed banana to it. Cook it after some time add left out ghee to the mixture and cook it while constantly stirring it. Else it will stick. When water dries up add cardamom powder and sugar to the  cooked banana and mix it well. Cook it little more and remove it from the flame. Cooked banana should be very thick when u take it out from flame. Remember u have to make laddoos. Consistency is almost like my pic given. Now mix dry fruits and let it cool properly.

Now make small balls out of this and coat it in sesame seeds. Laddoos ready.
